Homelink Finance was awarded The Leader in Microfinance for the year 2021 at the Megafest Business Awards held on the 27th of October 2021 at the Rainbow Towers Hotel.
FOR 17 years now, the Homelink group’s business has revolved around contributing positively to Zimbabwe’s economic development. Founded with a mandate of serving the diaspora market, the institution has evolved into a strong financial institution serving both the diaspora and local markets with property development, remittances, bureau de change and micro-finance solutions.
In line with its house provision mandate, Homelink has delivered comfortable lowto medium density houses in Bindura’s Brockdale.To date at least 100 families are currently housed in the suburb, a significant contribution towards both the growth and development of Bindura town, as well as expansion of the national housing stock.
RESERVE Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) subsidiary, Homelink has awarded women from Bulilima Rural District in Matabeleland South $5 000 for being the best 2019 Matabeleland Rural Women Exhibitors at the just ended Zimbabwe International Trade Fair.
The Homelink Group assisted 27 women entrepreneurs, from rural Matabeleland, to participate at the just-ended Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) as part of the diversified institution’s nationwide drive to promote financial inclusion and rural business.
