Caroline is an experienced and self-motivated Human Capital practitioner with over 18 years of experience in leading and overseeing the human capital function. Caroline brings with her a wealth of human capital experience from her immediate past roles where she was responsible for formulating policies and procedures and effective organisational planning and development. She is knowledgeable about employment laws and is skilled in developing initiatives that improve company profitability and productivity. Caroline brings forth a proven track record of successfully managing Human Capital efforts and leading teams in achieving organisational goals.

Caroline holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree (LLB), a B.A General Degree and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a SAP Trained Super User and is a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of People Management. Caroline has received several accolades including Outstanding Human Resources Award in Banking and Finance and Outstanding Women in Human Resources and Human Capital Development.
