Ms Mukondiwa is the School Administrator for Hillcrest Schools (Pvt) Ltd, a position she held since 2012. She is an ex-officio member of both Hillcrest Primary and High School Management Committees and sits on the Finance Committee.

She has strong background in administration and finance after working for Pump Aid Malawi and Pump Aid Zimbabwe as Finance and Administration Manager from 2008 to 2011 before moving to Hillcrest. She rose through the ranks from Cost Accountant to Group Accountant within Border Timbers Limited from 1991 to 2007.

Ms Mukondiwa graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy Honors Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
